Hunter Bruce Bruschke

It's official and on the birth certificate. In keeping with our tradition of naming our boys after priesthood leaders that they can look up to (Spencer after Spencer W. Kimball and Tanner after N. Eldon Tanner) we decided to name this one Hunter after Howard W. Hunter. The middle name is after my Dad, Bruce, who is definitely someone to look up to and a great example to strive to follow.
The funny part about having our fifth child is that you would think we would remember everything. However, tonight I realized how big our California King mattress really is, or maybe I just forgot how small these guys start out. Yes, that little thing up by the pillows is Hunter.
So, I don't want to say too much more because Rachel is already telling me about her blogging plans regarding the whole event. Believe me, it is quite the story. Plus, we all know that we enjoy reading her blog posts, especially more than mine. Nevertheless, I did want to throw out at least one more picture.

He's Here

We'll post more pictures tomorrow, but for now we wanted to announce the arrival of our new baby boy. He came into the world at 7:59 PM. He is 7 lbs. 5 ounces and 19 1/2 inches tall. Mom and baby are doing great!

Sledding Fun

During Christmas break we were able to go sledding a number of different times. It is fun having the kids a little older because they enjoy it so much more and are able to do things on their own, i.e. walk up the hill.

Nickel Arcade With Adam

Is there anything better than playing arcade games for a nickel? I don't think so. When we went to Utah for Christmas we were able to spend part of our first day there with Adam. He had the great idea to take the kids to the Nickel Arcade in Orem to play games. The kids had so much fun and were so excited to buy stuff with their tickets.
Thanks for the fun times Adam. We were so glad to catch you in town before you left!
