Brett's brother Brian and sister Jill and their families all came down to go to Disneyland in April. Unfortunately it was not in the budget for us to go with them. Spencer was very disappointed, not only that his cousins were not going to stay to play with him each day, but also that he wasn't going to be able to go to Disneyland. The second to last day of their stay Jill's son came down with some sort of stomach bug. They decided to head home a day early and forgo the use of the last day of their "five day passes". It was too bad for them, but it did leave one more day on their passes that needed to be used. They needed to be used by a certain day and since Brett had work, Liz said that she would sacrifice and go with us (I really didn't want to try Disneyland all by myself with four kids!). It really was a sacrifice for her since her little girl was just 2 1/2 months old. Thanks Liz! It was a fun day for the kids. If you ask Spencer which ride was his favorite, he will tell you "all of them!" If you ask Natalie, "They were all scary!" And Bailey. . .well I am not quite sure because I can't understand her babble, but she did seem to be having lots of fun. Liz and I took turns going on rides so that one of us could stay with Alyssa and Tanner. All in all it was a fun day and we were grateful for the opportunity to go.

What a good mom!! Sounds like the kids had a lot of fun and I think they'll remember that day for a long time.
You are so brave to take them all! I would need help with just the two I have. I bet they all had a blast and slept well that night!
How cute! I am glad you guys got to go. I love Disneyland =)
What a nice twist that Spencer ended up getting to go. What a fun memory for him!
